  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or specially manufactured packaging
  • Used or opened items
  • Bulk orders that were approved before production

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide:
    • Order details
    • Clear photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection of returned items
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayHere)
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 working days
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items
  • Replacement will be arranged based on stock availability
  1. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the return cost
  • For other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

  • Once production or dispatch has started, cancellations are not allowed
